Thursday 25th March

Today 12 people attended Bible study. Stretch form Tuesday night came, he is not doing great. Please pray for him. Unfortunately James Fong could not lead the study today as his son was ill. We hope for a quick recovery for him. Don't worry James, there will be many more opportunities. Today was just not meant to be. We were very fortunate though to have Roxan Chan cook lunch, lasagna for us and salad. Everybody loved this and wanted to thank the cook. I showed a short video today which everyone enjoyed. This was the video we were trying to share on Tuesday night. Then I asked questions and had Bible study.

Thursday 18th March

Today 12 or 13 people attended Bible study. One new person, who Mary invited and another guy turned up who has not been there for a month or so. 3 of them attended from invitations on Tuesday night. God is working in people's lives, one guy I had met prviously returned and also placed himself back into the same accommodation that I orginally acquired for him. Who would have thought. Certainly not me and I am the person who got him that accommodation orginally.
Also thank God for His grace as a guy who had turned up previously and caused some problems attended today and behaved himself.
Special thanks to Danny Gock who came from my Church today to help out. Thanks Danny.

Sunday march 14th

Well praise and thanks to God for bringing 5 people from Tuesday and Thursdays meetings to Sunday service 9.00am (Lonnie, Collin, Stretch, David , Azelan). I was more than plesantly surprised. Jim (Not Jim with the fuzzy beard) has also been attending the service fairly regularly. Please continue to pray for the people and our meetings.

Thursday Bible study 11 March 2010

Well today we had record attendance with 15 people attending. 5 people came from last Tuesday night (SHUM). This obviously made a large group and a little more difficult to handle but they were all very well behaved. Jim also came and arived at around 11.00am, Bible study starts at 1.00pm. he stayed the whole time. I am also thankful for a guy who came today Lonnie. He does not believe but in his behaviour was very repectful to me and things I said even though I could see he did not agree with some of the things I said. Pray God will continue to work in his heart. Some have mentioned they want to come on Sunday and come to this Church regularly , we'll see what happens.

Tuesday Night 9th March

March 4th Thursday Bible study

Thanks for everyone's prayers for the Thursday group. Thursday was again well attended with 10 people. Two guys attended from their invitations on Tuesday night. Praise God. One of them though looked fairly sick and left a little early, I hope to go to the hospital. One woman who has been cominh is proving a little irritating so please pray for wisdom as we deal with her.

March Shum Team

The March Shum Team has started. The first Tuesday night in March was well received with many marginalised people attending. This happened to the extent we ran out of hot water. Lets pray for a challenging month where people are encouraged in Jesus, both believers and non-believers.
